HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
It's not always possible to execute address change requests since once an order is placed, our warehouse workers can pack and send your product in less than 24 hours. HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
After you place your order, it will take 1-3 business days to process. The majority of packages are prepared within 24 hours, but processing times can increase to 3 business days after the day you placed your order if our warehouse is highly busy.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Monday to Friday, our warehouse processes and sends out all orders (excluding major holidays). After 1-2 business days of placing your order, your product should be mailed out. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Our main shipping method for customers in the US as well as those in Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand is E-Packet. Packages are delivered between 5 and 10 days after the date of dispatch, depending on where you live.
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Your order's size may determine whether or not you receive different parcels, which could possibly arrive 1-2 business days apart.
OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS:
If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you to let you know when we anticipate having them ready for shipping. We will simply issue a refund for such items if they are not replenished within two weeks.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally and to nearly every nation. After the order is dispatched, it will take 5 – 10 days for you to receive your package. Within one or two days, all items are shipped out.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER OR IS DAMAGED?
